One Baby Step Toward Financial Solvency?

The Postal Regulatory Commission has hired an accounting firm - The Segal Company - to ascertain the truths put forth in the Office of Inspector General (OIG) report claiming the USPS overpaid $75 billion toward Civil Service Retiree future benefits.
